Woodlands Training Services receives matrix Award of Excellence

As Woodlands Training Services has taken steps toward achieving the Matrix Standard we have improved many of our support services, office documentation and the overall service that we provide to all our valued clients. This has been achieved by reviewing Woodlands assessment practices within the NVQ process, feedback systems and customer service which has also enabled us to obtain the standard; this was facilitated by our Matrix advisor Rosemary Andrew who was invaluable to our team during the Matrix journey.

Many thanks also go to Rae Evans who undertook our inspection for her patience with us and her understanding of the Standard and being able to explain everything so fully, making the whole team at Woodlands feel relaxed during the final day's inspection.

Matrix has developed the company more than I could have hoped in the short time we have been a registered training provider and I would advise any company to take the Matrix journey even if it's only for a health check, it's well worthwhile.
